In order to improve our client’s overall user experience and existing features, WEBTAXI released its brand-new taxi booking app on the 20 ^th of February 2023. If you have the old version of the app installed on your smartphone, you need to update it to the latest version to continue using the app

Here is how you do it:

• Depending on the app store preferences on your smartphone, the app may update automatically. Otherwise, you must update it manually. To check if you have the latest version of the app, go to your app store, and look for updates for the WEBTAXI app.
  
  
  
• When updating to the new version of the WEBTAXI app, none of your existing booking data will be transferred. This means that you'll need to create a new account to use the updated app.
  
  
  
• To create a new account, simply open updated app and follow the on-screen instructions to sign up. You'll need to provide your personal details, such as your name, email address, and phone number, to create an account. Once your account is created, you'll be able to use the improved features of the app to book a taxi, track your driver, and pay for your ride.

Please note that if you want to continue using the WEBTAXI app after the 20^th of February 2023, you'll need to update to the latest version of the app and create a new account.

While it may be a bit of a hassle to create a new account, the improved features of the app will make booking and paying for a taxi easier and more convenient than ever before.
