The new fare system offers even more attractive possibilities. You are informed of a guaranteed fare before you confirm your booking and the fares remain unaltered even in case of detours or hold-ups.

Upfront communicated fares will be calculated according to the traffic conditions and estimated time and distance of the route.

* = Storage of a booster seat: In case of a trip to the airport, the client‘s own booster seat can be stored for 10 € if the return trip is also booked with WEBTAXI.

 

Cancellation fees & No show

Bookings with the identifier "As soon as possible / Immediate booking" can be annulled for free within the first 3 minutes of it being sent from the taxi office to the driver.

Bookings with the identifier "In advance booking" can be annulled for free up to 20 minutes before the planned departure time.

A no-show is considered a cancellation after a waiting time of 5 minutes after the planned departure time, or after the client has been notified of the arrival of the taxi.

After the respective deadline, the following cancellation fees will apply:
